The Workshop will be held on 15 - 19 October, 2007, in Dubna at the International Conference Hall (see map) of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR). Dubna is a scientific town located 130 km north of Moscow on the picturesque banks of the Volga river. There is railway and bus communication between Dubna and Moscow.
