Programs created at MLIT received a state certificate of the Russian Federation The Innovations and Intellectual Property Department of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research announces that two certificates of state registration of computer programs have been received. On 10 November 2025, a software package for managing digital objects of the JINR Scientific Publications Repository was registered in the Register of Computer Programs under number 2025690621. Authors: Alexey Bondyakov, Tatiana Zaikina, Andrey Kondratyev, Irina Filozova, Galina Shestakova, Irina Nekrasova, Yanina Popova. This software package is designed to automate the formation, coordination, and integration of digital objects in the JINR Scientific Publications Repository. The software package collects metadata, i.e., extracts bibliographic data and full-text versions of publications from trusted external sources via open and partner APIs, checks for duplication, and enriches the metadata. It also forms and coordinates digital objects in the repository: imports publications into the repository database in batch mode, transfers en masse and deletes records, checks for duplicates, creates and updates employee profiles, establishes authorship links based on identifiers from popular author identification systems (including ORCID) and user account data, and synchronizes with the JINR information and reference system database. The software package ensures data integrity, minimizes manual labor, and maintains the relevance of the repository content. On 17 October 2025, a system for accounting the accommodation of employees on business trips in corporate housing, CERNDB, was registered in the Register of Computer Programs under number 2025688263. Author:: Oksana Belyakova The system is designed to account for the accommodation of JINR staff members seconded to the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in corporate housing in Switzerland and France. Users with information entry rights can register the seconded employee, allocate corporate apartments and cars using directories and accommodation statistics on a specific date, as well as prepare and print reports, supplement directories.
