Congratulations to Evgeny Yurievich Kulpin on his anniversary On 15 July 2026, Evgeny Yurievich Kulpin, a 1st category software engineer of the JINR Network Infrastructure Development and Operation Sector of the Engineering and Technology Department of the Meshcheryakov Laboratory of Information Technologies, celebrates his 60th birthday. After graduating from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1990, E.Yu. Kulpin worked as a design engineer at the Ilyushin Moscow Machine-Building Plant. From 1994 to 1997, he was the head of the Information Technology Department at Loco-Bank, and from 2004 to 2009, he was the head of the Information Security Department at the Atominform Central Research Institute. E.Yu. Kulpin has been working at MLIT JINR since March 2012 as a 1st category software engineer. He is involved in the development and maintenance of the JINR local area network and network resources. Currently, E.Yu. Kulpin actively participates in the operation and maintenance of local area networks of MLIT and other JINR subdivisions, performs work on the implementation of SORM equipment and the commissioning of subscriber stations of the JINR Dissertation Councils (EGISM), takes part in the organization and conduct of auctions (electronic trading) in accordance with the tasks of MLIT JINR, is involved in the work of the Scientific and Business Accounting Division of the Additional Communication and Information Point of MLIT JINR. E.Yu. Kulpin is distinguished by his high competence, diligence, initiative, and responsibility for his work. Evgeny Yurievich has proven himself to be an exceptionally conscientious, highly qualified staff member, capable of independently solving assigned tasks. He enjoys respect and authority among his colleagues at the Laboratory and JINR.
