The main capabilities of the system are presented and the user's personal account is implemented. The capabilities of the personal account are determined by the role assigned to the user. The ordinary user is provided with information about the licenses he owns, network licenses, and other licenses available to him. Users with roles such as operator, specialist and auditor have the ability to manage this information within their role. The system provides statistical information on the use of purchased licenses, a mechanism for approving applications has been implemented, and on its basis various applications have been created, such as user applications for a new license, for adding new software products to the catalog of supported software, and auditor applications for the purchase of additional licenses. Integration with other services within the JINR Digital Ecosystem has been implemented.
