The International Conference "Mathematical Modeling and Computational Physics, 2024" (MMCP 2024)
The International Conference "Mathematical Modeling and Computational Physics, 2024" (MMCP 2024), set to take place in the vibrant city of Yerevan, Armenia. The conference will be jointly organized by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, the A.I. Alikhanian National Science Laboratory, the Yerevan State University, and the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems( IIAP) of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
The conference is scheduled to take place at Yerevan State University from the October 21st to the 25th, 2024.
The Conference follows the rich traditions of the previous conferences on mathematical modeling, numerical methods, and computational physics which started in Dubna, Russia in 1964, e.g., Computational Modeling and Computing in Physics 1996, Modern Trends in Computational Physics 1998, V-th International Congress on Mathematical Modeling 2002 (in Dubna), Mathematical Modeling and Computational Physics 2006, 2011, 2015, and 2019 in Slovakia and 2009, 2013, and 2017 in Dubna.
The conference program will feature plenary lectures (30 min.) by eminent speakers, offering insights into the latest research and advancements in mathematical modeling and computational physics. Additionally, parallel sessions will provide opportunities for researchers to present their work through concise talks (15 min.), fostering engaging discussions and interdisciplinary interactions.
The working language of the Conference will be English.
Publications:
The proceedings of the conference will be published in a special issue of Physics of Particles and Nuclei following the event. Manuscripts submitted for publication will undergo a peer-review process for acceptance.

MPQIT-2024 – International Workshop on Mathematical Problems in Quantum Information Technologies
The International Workshop on Mathematical Problems in Quantum Information Technologies (MPQIT-2024) to be held on 27-28 May, 2024 in the Meshcheryakov Laboratory of Information Technologies (MLIT) of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR), both in a person and online.
The main focus of MPQIT-2024 is on mathematical aspects of diverse problems in fundamental and applied quantum technologies such as
The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers from JINR member-states and around the world working on mathematical problems of quantum information science to exchange their experience and research results. The schedule of MPQIT-2024 is such that there will be enough time for informal discussions addressing fundamental aspects of quantum information science and those obstacles that researchers face.
The program of the Workshop comprises plenary reports (30 min) and sessional reports (15 min).
For visa questions and hotel registration please contact as soon as possible the Workshop Secretary Mrs. Natalia Dokalenko.
After the Workshop, the best reports presented at MPQIT-2024 will be invited for a special issue of review journal Physics of Elementary Particles and Atomic Nuclei
Conference languages – English and Russian.
