Studying the dynamics of pp and AA interactions using the method of factorial moments for the NICA and LHC energies

Abstract:

A method for restoring the dependence of normalized factorial moments up to the fifth order on the size of the observation region was developed. The dependence of factorial moments on the size of the observation region for energies of 7.7 GeV/n-n and 11.5 GeV/n-n was investigated within the preparation period of the MPD experiment. The different behavior of normalized factorial moments depending on the interaction energy for the first-order phase transition and crossover was observed. Studies on many-particle correlations for pp interactions at a collision energy of 13 TeV in comparison with various elementary interaction generators were performed.
