Educational cooperation deepening between JINR and Primorsky Krai On 29 July, Chief of Staff of the Governor of Primorsky Krai and the Government of Primorsky Krai Dilyara Malikova visited the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. A meeting took place at the Institute’s Directorate to discuss issues of developing cooperation in training highly qualified personnel. JINR Scientific Leader, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) Victor Matveev hosted the meeting. Among participants were JINR University Centre Director Dmitry Kamanin and Head of a MLIT Sector of heterogeneous computing and quantum informatics, Head of the JINR Information Centre at Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) Oksana Streltsova. The parties exchanged views on further expanding partnership between Primorsky Krai and the Joint Institute in a wide range of fields, including professional development of school teachers and opportunities for schoolchildren and students.
