MLIT Scientific Leader’s merits were recognized by Dubna University On 25 December, at the final Academic Council of Dubna State University, diplomas of Honorary and Distinguished Professors were awarded to outstanding scientists of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, namely, heads of departments and university teachers. Among those awarded was Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Vladimir Korenkov, Scientific Leader of the Meshcheryakov Laboratory of Information Technologies. Vladimir Korenkov, Head of the Department of Distributed Information and Computing Systems, was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Dubna State University. "We are grateful to Vladimir Vasilievich for his special, considerate attitude to the University and for his love for students, without which it would be impossible to put so much knowledge and skills into their minds, as well as to foster a passion for learning and science in them. We express special gratitude for the projects and initiatives that Vladimir Vasilievich and his colleagues implement in our University," Acting Rector of Dubna State University Andrey Denikin said at the award ceremony.
