The Ph.D. degree Diplomas were solemnly awarded at the JINR Club of Scientists. On October 13, a ceremonial presentation of diplomas for the award of scientific degrees took place at the JINR Club of Scientists. Four Ph.D degree holders became their diplomas : Nikolay Nikolaevich Voitishin (LIT), Kirill Borisovich Gikal (FLNR), Nguyen Dan Tung (BLTP), Kirill Vladimirovich Novikov (FLNR). According to tradition, the event was held in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of the JINR Qualification Commission representatives , guests and scientific secretaries of the dissertation councils in which the defenses took place. The Qualification Commission representatives congratulated the diploma recipients and wished them new scientific results and success in their professional activities.
