JINR at the Anniversary of the Mongolian Institute of Mathematics and Digital Technology A delegation from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research visited a number of institutes of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) and the Nuclear Physics Research Center of the Mongolian National University on September 19–22. During discussions with the heads of institutes and members of the Academy of Sciences, a number of agreements were reached on intensifying interaction between the research teams of JINR and Mongolia. The parties agreed to develop the future information center of the Joint Institute in Mongolia and organize events within the framework of the JINR Days in Mongolia in 2025. JINR representatives took part in an international conference dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Mathematics and Digital Technology of the MAS. The conference discussed optimization problems, the theory of nonlinear differential equations, methods of computer modeling and data processing in nuclear physics, oceanology, ecology and bioinformatics.
