MLIT software product received state registration certificate The Innovations and Intellectual Property Department of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research announces that on 11 November 2025, the Document Management Platform (DocMS) was registered in the Register of Computer Programs under number 2025689229. The software’s authors are MLIT 1st category software engineer Nikita Balashov and MLIT junior researcher Ivan Sokolov. The platform is designed for the systematic storage of documents and the organization of collaborative work on them. It aims at teams and organizations that actively collaborate on various types of documents, namely, articles, presentations, reports, theses, and other materials. The major features encompass authentication and authorization, group and project management, user administration, document creation and editing with versioning support, advanced search with filtering, work with metadata, change tracking, file uploading and downloading, and document-level discussions. The platform supports two file storage options: local storage in the server file system and integration with S3-compatible cloud storage. Additional information: The service is actively used by the JINR subdivisions and scientific collaborations. At present, the system has 225 users, and the number of documents has exceeded 1,200. The most involved users are employees of the FLNR Accelerator Physics Sector, Accelerator Division No.1 of the VBLHEP accelerator complex, and members of the BM@N collaboration. Since February 2025, the Document Management Service (DocMS) has been presented on the JINR Digital Ecosystem website in the Scientific Services - IT Infrastructure section, and it is also available at https://docs.jinr.ru.
