MLIT staff members awarded at celebration of JINR’s 70th anniversary On 26 March 2026, a solemn evening marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research took place. During the celebration, JINR employees who made a considerable contribution to the Institute’s development were recognized with awards, letters of gratitude, and certificates of honor. Arsen Khvedelidze, Chairman of the JINR Committee of Plenipotentiaries, Head of the MLIT Algebraic and Quantum Computing Sector, received the “70th Anniversary of JINR” jubilee medal. MLIT Scientific Leader Vladimir Korenkov was awarded the title of Honorary Worker of Science and High Technologies of the Russian Federation. Alla Zaikina, a MLIT 1st category software engineer, was recognized with a certificate of horror of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.
