Irina Konstantinovna Nekrasova celebrates her anniversary

On 12 July 2026, Irina Konstantinovna Nekrasova, a software engineer of the Scientific and Technical Department of External Communications and Distributed Information Systems of the Meshcheryakov Laboratory of Information Technologies, celebrates her anniversary.


I.K. Nekrasova started her career at MLIT (LCTA) JINR as a trainee researcher in September 1981 after graduating from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering with a degree in applied mathematics. She was transferred to the position of engineer in 1983 and of electronics engineer in 1991. She actively participated in the modernization of the CDC-6500 computer and was involved in the design of printed circuit boards for various CDC-6500 devices. She has two certificates for rationalization proposals. She took part in the installation, setup, commissioning, and maintenance of the VAX-8350 computer.

In 1997, I.K. Nekrasova was transferred to the position of software engineer. She was responsible for maintaining and upgrading the RDMS CMS information website and websites of international conferences, using modern information technologies and graphics systems.

From 2005, I.K. Nekrasova was involved in the preparation of documents for submitting applications and concluding contracts and agreements for the implementation of R&D, actively participated in the implementation and trial operation of the Helpdesk system to support users of the JINR information and computing infrastructure.

In 2022, I.K. Nekrasova was transferred to Group No. 2 for the Development and Maintenance of Institute-wide Information Systems of Sector No. 4 for the Development and Maintenance of the Digital Ecosystem, where she takes an active part in the development of the JINR Scientific Publications Repository.

I.K. Nekrasova is a co-author of scientific papers and scientific-technical documentation on specialized topics. For her fruitful work, she was recognized with gratitude certificates and prizes; in 2006, she was awarded the departmental badge of distinction in labor “Veteran of Nuclear Energy and Industry”. She enjoys well-deserved respect and trust within the team.
