Link to join seminar

Seminar topic: “Electron structure and chemical properties of the 7th and 8th period superheavy atoms”
Speaker: I. I.Tupitsyn (SPbU, St.Petersburg)
Abstract:

Seminar topic: “Chemical properties of compounds of superheavy elements”
Speaker: A. A. Kotov (SPbU, St.Petersburg)
Abstract:

Seminar topic: “Development of a ground-state energy calculation method of Muscovium atom using a quantum computer”
Speaker: V. A. Zaitsev (SPbU, St.Petersburg)
Abstract:

Deep Learning and Big Data Analytics are two major topics of data science, nowadays. Big Data has become important in practice, as many organizations have been collecting massive amounts of data that can contain useful information for business analysis and decisions, impacting existing and future technology. A key benefit of Deep Learning is the ability to process these data and extract high-level complex abstractions as data representations, making it a valuable tool for Big Data Analytics where raw data is largely unlabeled.

Machine-learning and artificial intelligence are pervasive in most real-world applications scenarios such as computer vision, information retrieval and summarization from structured and unstructured multimodal data sources, natural language understanding and translation, and many other application domains. Deep learning approaches, leveraging on big data, are outperforming state-of-the-art more “classical” supervised and unsupervised approaches, directly learning relevant features and data representations without requiring explicit domain knowledge or human feature engineering. These approaches are currently highly important in IoT applications.

Database Security. Oracle Data Safe

January 15, 2021
Online
Russia
Overview:
We invite you to the webinar “Database Security. Oracle Data Safe ", which will take place on January 15 at 11:00 Moscow time.
Protecting information from unauthorized access in the cloud, as a rule, causes concern from users of cloud services. Oracle's goal is to provide cloud infrastructure and platform services with effective and manageable security so that users can confidently run mission-critical workloads and store data in the cloud. Oracle Data Safe is key to building this confidence and provides the functionality you need to manage your database security on a day-to-day basis. Oracle Data Safe gives customers the ability to manage database security through a single security console that allows them to:
  • Evaluating system configuration parameters to identify areas of risk.
  • Examining database user accounts to identify those that pose the greatest risk.
  • Analysis of user transactions in order to identify facts of unauthorized access to data or possible malicious actions.
  • Scanning the database for the presence of confidential information, separating it by type and amount of data.
  • Operations to eliminate the risk of confidential information leakage from non-production databases by replacing confidential data with artificial or encrypted values (data masking operations).
  • Collect and analyze database audit data information.
  • Generate alerts based on analysis results.
  • Database Auditing Options Settings

Participation in the webinar is free, preliminary registration is required.
